Def Leppard brings its arena-ready catalog to Delta Center in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah, on March 31, 2027, alongside Goo Goo Dolls and The Struts. Listed on provotickets.net under Concerts and Pop / rock, the event pairs generations of melodic rock with a large-scale live setting. Prices currently start around $120, with major-event seats and premium options potentially costing $500 or more; prices vary by location and availability.
Formed in Sheffield, England, in 1977, Def Leppard became one of hard rock's most successful bands, selling more than 100 million records worldwide. The group—Joe Elliott, Phil Collen, Rick “Sav” Savage, Vivian Campbell and Rick Allen—rose to prominence with landmark albums including Pyromania and Hysteria. Their enduring hits include “Rock of Ages,” “Photograph,” “Hysteria” and “Pour Some Sugar on Me.” The band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2019.
The group's story is also one of resilience: drummer Rick Allen continued performing after losing an arm in a 1984 car accident. Def Leppard's concerts are known for energetic performances, singalong choruses and expansive production, with LED screens and synchronized lighting featured in recent shows. The Salt Lake City lineup includes Goo Goo Dolls and The Struts; specific set times and any additional opening acts have not been provided.
Downtown Salt Lake City offers a convenient setting for an arena concert, with dining, transit and parking options close to the venue. Fans can expect a night centered on classic rock anthems and a shared bill spanning several eras of radio-friendly rock.
Delta Center is a multi-purpose arena at 301 S Temple, with a concert capacity of more than 20,000. Its seating spans floor and lower-bowl areas, club and suite levels, and an upper bowl. For a close-up experience, floor or pit tickets may be appealing, though floor arrangements can be standing-room only. Lower-bowl center seats are a strong choice for a clear, balanced view of the stage. Upper-bowl seats offer a more budget-conscious option and broad sightlines; far upper-corner sections may have more angled views for an end-stage setup.
Several garages and lots are located within a short walk of Delta Center. Event pricing and availability can change, so checking current details and arranging parking ahead of arrival can help reduce delays.
UTA TRAX is another downtown option within the Free Fare Zone; service ends at midnight, so check the schedule for the return trip. Rideshare users may find pickup easier after walking a block or two from the arena, where post-show congestion is often less concentrated.
